The whole property and therefore the accommodation offered comprises two adjacent but independent buildings: the apartment (private uso with capacity for 2 pax) and the holiday renting house that can be rented separately with capacity for 4 pax.
Apartment - The apartment is an open space of about 30 m2 decorated cozy, warm and romantic. The soil is clay craft and have preserved and restored beams. It has also a pellets stove and an old wood cabinet. It is is ideal for couples although it may include an extra bed for children.
It consists of two large single beds (1m wide each) with the possibility of being united with one king bed sheets only. It has a kitchenette, fridge, induction hob and microwave.
The apartment has a bathroom with toilet, bidet, large shower, toilet and heated towel decorated with rustic handmade tiles.
The apartment has direct exit to the garden where there are also available, tables, chairs and umbrella. It is a pleasure to eat in the garden, and two sun loungers. It price is 75€/night for minimun 3 night stay. Apartment pics has a red A on the picture at the end of the picture gallery in this ad.
Main house - Next to the apartment is the main house of the farm, also for rent. It has been restored keeping the old taste but with a modern and cozy touch. For the decoration I used stone, wood and string. It has original art pieces, big new windows, a chimney and it holds up to 3, 4 or 5 people. It has three bedrooms, one master bed 1.50, one independent space (with independent door) with a single bed in the same bedroom and one bedroom with a single bed and bathroom inside. It would be possible to put an extra bed for children as I said before. The house has a very nice large room and a large kitchen with gas kitchen and a beautiful rustic old wood stove for slow cooking, big refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge. All floors are made of old centenary wood. The people who would rent the house has access to use the exterior spaces. It would be common spaces in the case both location would be rented at the same time.

The environment is totally nature dominated by eucalypt and pine trees. From my farm you can see the valley of the mountains. From the same locality Corollos the people can climb up the mountain “Pico Abedul” climbs where several tracks and hiking trails through “Sierra de los Vientos”. There is also a river near a very nice hidden waterfall “El Mechón de la Xana”, which can be easily accessed. Only 5 klm far is the Playa de la Concha Artedo, which recently has been restored with a lovely walk among trees, vegetation and the river that will lead to the beach. It has a wide parking space. On this beach there are several good relation quality/price restaurants with terraces, still not a very touristy beach. So renting my location you can enjoy everything: mountains, sea and river.
8klm far from the house is Cudillero, before (aprox 6 klm) arriving we find a supermarket and a gas station.
Activities and attractions
The “main attraction” next to the apartment are my neighbor Marilo´s cows. She has cows, horses, rabbits, chickens, cats ... is in the same town but enough far to avoid any odor.
There is also the possibility of hiking the same mountain village, to search of the river which has more than one waterfall, to go see "eucaliptón" huge eucalipto trunk, and to do horseback riding with my friend Jesus that has a school about 6 klm, between Salamir and Lamuño.
The nearest beach is the beautiful Playa de la Concha Artedo, it is between two mountains. There are other beautiful beaches as the Playa del Silencio and Vallina, both paradisiacal beaches to which has not yet reached the mass. The two are no more than 15 klm from the lodgment. There are other popular beaches like El Aguilar in town Muros de Nalón beach San Pedro Soto de Luiña, very close to Corollos place.
You can find homemade cousin at a great price for the quantity and quality of food. There are also higher-level restaurants and more expensive. The nearest major town is Cudillero, fishing village where you eat but it is more touristic.
