Very comfortable apartment in a 3-storey detached house recently refurbished, fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in the city. Quiet and bright.
Located in the historic city center, close to the main shopping streets and the main historical monuments. Next to the Basilica del Gran Poder (Plaza de San Lorenzo), near the Guadalquivir River and 10 minutes walking from Isla Magica. Very well connected.
Activities and attractions
The location is ideal for a sightseeing tour of the city and is in a neighborhood of great tradition, with many bars and terraces where you can eat, have a tapas, coffee or a drink, but quiet and not noisy.
From here you can visit on foot most of the monuments and tourist areas of the city (Giralda, Cathedral, the Alcazar, Barrio de Santa Cruz, Triana, Plaza de Toros).
They can also go on outings or trips to nearby attractions (Italica Archaeological Santiponce, Carmona, Ecija, Jerez, Osuna, Cordoba, Granada, Malaga) and some nearby beaches (Matalascañas, Puerto de Santa María, Chipiona. ..).

We stayed for 3 weeks at this great apartment. Miguel and Maria were very welcoming and gracious hosts and gave us useful information about local tapas bars and shops in area, as well as providing further advice when we inquired later on. The apartment is light and spacious and the kitchen is very generously supplied with utensils and also things like oil, coffee, other basics and even some beer in the fridge which tided us over until we went to the supermarket (very nearby). It is in a great location in a lovely neighbourhood with easy access to pretty well all of central Seville (we were able to walk everywhere) and there were wonderful tapas bars within 3 minutes. We are hoping to return next year.
