The accommodation

Cozy, well equipped apartment, 10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minute drive from the city centre of Cagliari. This accomodation caters for singles, couples and families (up to 4 people, as it offers a double bed in the one bedroom and one double sofa-bed in the living room; a dining table for 4 in the kitchen). Poetto beach is 10 minutes walk /a couple of minutes drive away.

It could be a good idea to rent a car to visit the other amazing beaches at 20-30 kilometers from Cagliari. The city offers beautiful views, cultural sites (Roman amphitheatre, several good museums, a well preserved medieval old town), excellent restaurants, a world-class opera season (consult the website of Teatro Lirico for the programme).

Cagliari airport is about 10 kilometers away, the port hardly 3 kilometers.

We stayed in the apartment for a week this summer and it was perfect! It has everything you need and more (air conditioning, oven, toaster, hairdryer...). There was even an internet USB! The apartment is located in a residential zone, really homely and quiet. The city center is 10 minute driving and Poetto beach, which is wonderful, with clear blue water, is just 5 minute driving (15 minute walking). This is a really nice place to stay in Cagliari.
