- The apartment is fully furnished including linens, beach towels and bath.
- The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic, iron, ironing board and kitchenware.
- It includes laundry and wi-fi.
- The rent includes garage (1 car) within the plot and storage (store beach equipment, etc.).
- Rent is done with a Deposit of 150 € which will be returned to the delivery of all keys and housing controls.
- Final cleaning is included.

Isla Plana is a small town that has all kinds of shops, supermarket, hardware store, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, tobacconist, several restaurants, church, bars and a Neighborhood Association which is a square with a bar overlooking the sea where they make festivals summer with bingo, musical groups and activities.
On the beach lay several food stalls and other small fish (summer only), other soft drinks and ice cream type.
From the house you can stroll along the beach to the center of town is 7 minutes walk, there is a walk on the beach going to Azohía if you like cycling, walking or jogging.
The nearest town is the Port of Mazarrón to 4 km, 7 min drive, which has a Sports Club and many bars and restaurants, summer theaters, several type supermarket Lidl, Mercadona ... and all kinds of shops, is very nice to spend the afternoon, dinner and enjoy the full atmosphere of a summer tourist site.
Also in the area you can walk along the bay bottom boat tours panoramic, dolphins, and many diving centers.
Isla Plana has the advantage that it is close to everything and yet is a beautiful site for its location and tranquility, not massify beaches are sandy and ideal for snorkeling (without bottles) and all water sports as the water temperature is very warm.
A 20 min drive has Cartagena which is the second largest city of Murcia, with tours of the bay and its Roman ruins, is a city steeped in history, no English court and Leisure Centre with cinemas, bars and shops, museums, live music, you can see the program of "the Sea of Music" on the internet, are outdoors in a lovely setting

If you want bright lights and beach bars then this is not for you. If you want excellent quality accommodation, in a quiet location close to the beach then this place is ideal. This is much more a home-away-from-home than a simple rental apartment, well furnished, spotlessly clean and fitted out with all you could need. My wife and I had 2 excellent weeks in November, peace, quiet and good weather; what more could you ask for. Isla Plana has all the basics: restaurants / supermarket / bank etc and there is more in Mazzaron or Cartagena. We shall be back in 2017.
Truly Spectacular and Stunning Penthouse from Julie Barraclough 29/Sep/2013 (period of stay: September 2013)
This has to be the most spectacular Penthouse along the spanish coastline by far; with outstanding views of the Mediterranean sea which is literally only metres away; we had the most relaxing two weeks holiday enjoying the views from the vast roof terrace (sunbeds and table and chairs provided); swimming in the well maintained pool and dining alfresco on the spacious balcony.
We have travelled the world extensively and have covered a vast portion of the Spanish Coastline over the last few years looking for one of our vacations to be nearer to the U.K; this Penthouse is beautifully furnished to a very high standard (equivalent to any 5 star apartment/studio in London); we felt extremely spoilt and privledged to have rented this accomodation and were totally blown away with everything this property offered; although there are ample restaurants to eat out within walking distance; the pleasure to dine alfresco at this penthouse was to good to miss; hence we only went out one night in the whole of our stay.
We cannot rave enough about this penthouse if you are looking for pure luxury; with views to die for and enjoy the sound and sight of the sea whilst lying in bed; then this property is most definitely for you....
We will without question be returning within the next 12 months; now that we have found this gem of a property ( end of searching for the perfect holiday accomodation for us in Spain that meets all of our "must have" lists) and have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding penthouse through our social network; friends and family. Maria and her family were extremely friendly; helpful and very attentive to make sure our holiday was perfect in every way; this added to our wonderful; relaxing holiday and made the total experience so very special - i willl forward photographs to Maria has my husband travelled up north once we landed so he could show his family our holiday photos on my IPad

Hemos pasado dos muy buenas semanas en éste ático decorado con muy buen gusto y rodeado de mucha calidad y calidez. Temíamos los calores famosos de la zona pero la brisa del mar nos ha mantenido a una temperatura ideal. Las vistas tanto desde la terraza como desde el solarium son sencillamente espectaculares, por no hablar de los atardeceres cenando en la terraza, el sonido del mar acompañando a cada momento es muy relajante, la playa justo al lado y la enorme piscina hacen la estancia más que agradable y apenas apetece salir al exterior. Los propietarios siempre muy atentos e incluyendo servicios no demasiado habituales, como el servicio de lavandería o el wifi. En fín, todos nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en cuanto al lugar y al trato recibido, si volvemos por la zona, repetiremos. Un Saludo a Maria y Manuel.
