The accommodation

Villa Carta Fashion is a welcoming villa with a beautiful garden , located in Terrasini, 700mt approximately from the beach of this tourist village. Terrasini offers its visitors all kinds of services and restaurants. During the summer the city centre ,with its restaurants and clubs, is full of people and the stores remain opened till late evening. The villa is structured on two levels. You may access it from a spacious and bright living room, rendered elegant thanks to the furniture and the materials used. The living room has a corner with fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed. In the same room it is situated the cooking corner, equipped with all the necessary. A small hallway leads to a double bedroom. The main bathroom has a shower with hydro-massage. From the stairs in the living room you can go to the first floor with gambrel roof where there are two bedrooms, both of them with French bed. In the second bedroom there is also a single bed. Here you can find a further bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by a spacious veranda with outside furniture and view on the garden and swimming pool. On request it is possible to rent a little dependance situated out of the fence of the villa and made up of one en suite double bedroom. The dependance can be rented only with the main structure. The beautiful garden rich in colored flowers and Mediterranean plants, is the perfect place to spend relaxing moments in contact with nature. The villa is about 25 km from Palermo, the regional of Sicily.

Setting

Terrasini is a village located a few km from Palermo, it is characterized by a beautiful landscape and the scenary of the coast and the sea. You can stroll in the centre of Terrasini and enjoing shopping till late evening. Terrasini is a summer holiday and bathing resort.

In the middle ages it was a fief of the Monastery of San Martino di Monreale and then of the La Grua Talamanca families. In the main square of the town in a fine position looking down on the sea, stands the Chiesa Matrice di Santa Maria delle Grazie. The interesting Civic Museum located in palazzo D'Aumale. You can walk all the day and admire the marvellous nature and tipical shops.
