THE APARTMENT EL PATIO is located in the historic center of Chipiona, very close to the Castle and beaches. It is completely new, newly renovated in January 2013 with a very well maintained decoration and with current touches, all in detail as the photos show.
The apartment has a very nice patio for dining and al fresco dining. It has a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a cot on request. The mattresses are very comfortable viscolas.
It has internet ADSL-WIFI exclusive to the apartment. The room is soundproofed with a high quality window to insulate any small noise coming from the street. All expenses are included, including sheets and towels. The brand new kitchen is very complete with all the necessary utensils. Since the apartment is in the historic center you can walk to anywhere, shops, cafes, banks, City Hall, Tourist Office, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the Municipal Market where you can purchase all the products of our land, fish, Seafood, meats, varied fruit and plants. It is also just a step away from the beaches.
Chipiona is a seafaring village that lives off the sea, tourism and the countryside where all kinds of products are grown, the cultivation of flowers is exported to any part of the world. The good seafood and the fried fish can be tasted at any bar or restaurant in Chipiona. Its white-sand and iodine-rich beaches are awarded every year with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe.

The best of Chipiona are its beaches that are a few steps from the apartment. You do not need a car to go to the beach and the apartment has a patio area so you can leave the chairs, tables, etc. To enjoy the beach in comfort.

Pedro and Maribel give you a perfect start for your holiday. The flat is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and the bed is amazingly comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped but we suggest you go to the many cafes and restaurants in the area...with that in mind, the owners provide a comprehensive list of attractions, favourite eating places and ideas to make your stay the best possible. The price is certainly value for money. The couple are the most friendly landlords I have met - we stayed during the New Year celebrations and they even invited us to join them for a drink!
