3 Bed Room Villa with BBQ

Addendum to pro-forma reservation:
please take note of the following:
(i) reservations will only be confirmed once the initial deposit has been received – we require proof of the transfer
(ii) the reservation is for accommodation only and strictly limited to the persons listed on the booking form. Admission will be refused and the contract terminated if this condition is breached
(iii) breakage deposit (payable in cash on arrival) for groups under the age of 25 is an extra €100.00 per person. This will be refunded on departure subject to there being no damage / breakage to the property or the contents thereof.
(iv) check-in time is 16h00 and check-out is 10h00
(v) please make arrangements for luggage storage should you arrive prior to the check in time or depart after the check out time. We do not have luggage storage facilities.
(vi) check-ins or check outs before 08h00 and after 21h00 will attract a meet & greet fee of €25.00 payable in cash
(vii) on the day of departure please ensure that the property including all cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, etc. Must be left clean and tidy – failure to do so will result in an additional fee of €25.00 being deducted off the breakage deposit
(viii) the bbq area (where applicable) must be cleaned and left tidy – failure to do so will result in an additional fee of €25.00 being deducted from the breakage deposit.
(ix) breakage deposits must be payable in cash – we do not accept cheques or credit cards
(x) all breakages and damages are the legal responsibilty of the hirer who is responsible for the property and expected to take reasonable care of it.
(xi) the property is classified as a non smoking area – please refrain from smoking indoors
