Buena ubicación y comodidad
Apartamento bien ubicado en avenida ultramar, a pocos metros de la playa. La playa de arena mas cercana es la del arenal, a unos 800 metros aproximadamente. El apartamento es un sexto con ascensor, que cuenta con una habitación, salón con cocina americana y cuarto de baño. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario (excepto lavavajillas pero no ha sido necesario). Al ser un sexto es un poco caluroso en épocas de mucho calor, pero hay aire acondicionado. La atención de la agente comercial (julie) ha sido muy agradable y atenta. Explicó bien y de manera completa las características del apartamento, el precio y forma de pago. El edificio cuenta con dos piscinas con agua calentita. La plaza de aparcamiento fue genial, al lado de la entrada al portal
