Bright apartment on the Barcelona coast, near the characteristic Rambla del Poble Nou and the Bogatell beach.

The flat is located on the Marià Aguiló street, a calm walking passage lined with restaurants, shops and some of the most interesting places of the neighbourhood, such as the Aliança del Poble Nou.

This historical area of the Poble Nou blends buildings from the XIX century with contemporary works, in an odd architectural mixture that makes of this neighbourhood one of the most valued of the city.

Stroll down the Rambla del Poble Nou, some minutes away, departing from the Diagonal Avenue and joining the sea.

The apartment is located in the fourth floor of a century-old building, simple but practical, with all what you need for a comfortable stay. It does not have an elevator, though. On the other hand, from the tiny balcony you can see the Tour Agbar and the sea.
