The accommodation

The house is on 2 levels. In the first one we can find a very large living room and american kitchen.There is also a night area with a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are other 2 spacious double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 3 lovely terrace overlooking the pool and the tropical garden of the villa. All these bedrooms are very bright and comfortable.
This villa, with its beautiful white facade, is surrounded by a green grass in which, behind tropical plants and sicilian trees, you can find also many enjoyable corners where you can read a book or drink coffee or have a tea. The pool stands closet to the bbq area in the most secluded side of the garden. In the pool area there a little bathroom with a shower and toilette. Have a nice sicily !

Final cleaning € 150, to be paid locally.
Safety deposit on arrival € 300, to be refunded on departure.
The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,36 per kWh.

Setting

Fontane bianche is a seaside residential area close to syracuse: three hotels, a small supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, free beaches. Syracuse is only 10 km away, the highway 5 km and along the highway you're really a stone's throw from all the other major cultural and tourist areas of eastern sicily, and beyond.
