This little gem, has a homely feeling to it décor, features a pool table, table tennis table and of course fully furnished bedroom, living room and kitchen. Outside in the private garden, you will find a wonderful pool, a sheltered terrace where you may enjoy a delicious barbeque and the necessary furniture for your family to enjoy.

We advise you take full advantage of the property and the location; not only are you close to the beach entrance, but there are also some activities to enjoy: Football, Basketball and Tennis courts; or simply go down to the beach and play some volleyball. Soltroia is also unique for Standup Rides exploring wrecked ships (in shallow calm water) & Roman ruins; Jogging; Family bike rides; Kitesurfing and many other activities. Close by there is also Golf & Casino entertainment.
Great quality bed sheets, shower towels and WiFi internet are included for your complete ease of mind.

Fantastic holidays
It is a perfect house for holidays. A good size swimming pool, a tennis table and a pool table on the first floor are ideal for family entertaining. The house is well maintained and above all the service and support of Soltroia are fantastic. It is walking distance from the beach and there are a few nice restaurants around. We were very pleased with our holidays and we are looking to go back again soon. By the way we loved the Roman Ruins, as well as the dolphin watching cruise on the catamaran. Unforgettable!
