Casa coni is a beautiful apartment located in Nocelle, at 3 km away from the center of Positano. Here you will also find the kitchenette that it is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room, you can access the terrace through a French door.
The bedroom has a matrimonial and it is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The room has an arched window with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room and from the corridor.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will reach it from the hall.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, at about 3 km away from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the SITA bus stop, the beach and the tourist port. The nearest restaurant it is at a few meters away, the grocery store at 200 meters and the stop for the local bus at 200 meters.
You will reach Casa Coni from the parking area along a public walkway that includes approximately 110 stairway steps.
It is not necessary to have a car. If you have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads or in a public parking lot for a fee.
