The accommodation

Villa Gran Girasol is set in mature gardens, with panoramic views of the sea and Peñon de Ifach. Ideal villa for Families and Friends.

The spacious villa consists of two self contained apartments, perfect for families and friends who enjoy holidaying together.

The upstairs apartment has 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 on suit), one living room with independant beds and sofa-bed and a fully fitted brand new kitchen plus american kitchen in the naya.

The downstairs apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and new fitted kitchen, newly fitted bathroom, one living-dining room with sofa bed for two.

Fenced pool with child proof lock gate. Both pool and gardens are fully privet for exclusive use of the tenants renting the villa.

Setting

As you can see from the photos, the house is surrounded by gardens with palm trees, fruit trees and full of shady corners for children to play and adults to relax and entertain the whole day. At the same time the house is full of places with lots of privacy even if more than 12 people are living in the house.

The surroundings of the house are also very nice, both day and night, full of nature and views of sea and peñon de Ifach and the sky and stars really relaxing. Also the house is very close to a resort with pools, restaurants, bars and shows where you can spend pleasant evenings.

The house is located about 2.5 km from shops and supermarkets like Mercadona, Cosum, LiDL, center of town and beaches.

Activities and attractions

There are endless activities and attractions:
1-In the house itself tenants have a garage with ping pong table , bikes , bowls, etc . In each apartment you will find card games, chess , bingo, play-station , movies, etc. .

2 - Calpe town have its natural charm " beaches " with many facilities for football, volleyball , swings , water sports, visits to the Rock of Ifach, the port full of fish (directly from the "lonja") restaurants, museums in the old town ( archaeological, dresses Moors and Christians , the castle, etc. ) , House of Culture with a cultural program (theater, cinema , music) for spring , summer and fall noteworthy. Also, at least one day a week there is free outdoor movies on the beach.

3 - The outskirts of Calpe have very picturesque sites to be visited: Guadalest with its castle, Callosa de Ensarriá and its Fuentes del Algar and through the CV- 755 road with fields full of persimmons is an unforgettable tour. Benidorm, with its beaches , huge hotels, Terra Mitica , nightclubs, etc is a show for children and adults ; and of course Valencia City of Arts and Sciences and Alicante with its promenade and marina are obliged visits while you are at "Costa Blanca"... not to forget the gastronomy trips throughout the region with its exquisite fish and rice .
