This is a modern ground floor apartment in Soltroia that has a great shared condominium pool. The apartment has a nice living room with eating area, fully equipped & functional kitchen as well as terrace overlooking the shared condominium gardens and swimming pool.
The apartments It is great for a small family, it has 2 rooms and sleeps 4 comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Delta Q coffee machine (capsules).

MINIMUM STAY
7 nights - high season (from 11th June to 10th September) - periods from Sunday to Sunday only
5 nights - until 11th June and after 10th September
Late check-in fee: between 20H30 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€
Please note that a security deposit of 500€ will be required upon check-in (cash or credit card)
