The house is located in the most beautiful and unique urbanization of "Parque Victoria". Within a newly built residential complex in a quiet and pleasant surroundings in the mountains, with stunning views and a really spectacular pool.
The property is southwest facing with views of the Rincon de la Victoria from all rooms (especially beautiful night view). It consists of two bedrooms: one suite and other smoler with a bunk triple, two bathrooms, a large living room with sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace also equipped which is accessed from the living room and from the kitchen.
It has a garage with direct access to the elevator, allowing the use of housing for people with reduced mobility. Málaga is 10 minutes by car (there is a very fast access to the motorway), the Mall of Parque Victoria 4 minutes (with cinemas, restaurants, a Carrefour and fashion shops), and about 6 minutes to parking on the beaches of Cala del Moral and Rincon de la Victoria.
Beause the residential complex is in a little mountain, sleeping well is possible in summer and also there are no mosquitoes.

The kitchen has dishes, glassware, utensils, washing machine, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer etc

Rincon de la Victoria is a small town on the coast close to Malaga (15 km), friendly with great quality of life and all the facilities for tourism. It has a long beach with a great promenade, where you will find many restaurants, bars and terraces (many people living in Malaga often dinner there because fish quality and good prices).
It is very close to wonderful villages of Andalusia as Frigiliana or Nerja and also close to places to enjoy stronger experiences such as"water parks" in Torre de Mar and Mijas, or the successful "Caminito del Rey" for adult without giddines . As well connected with Malaga that will be very easy to visit the Picasso Museum, the newly opened Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Cathedral or shopping down in the Larios street and visit the harbor.

Situado en un precioso lugar, nos ha gustado mucho, vistas magnificas, piscina de lujo, el apartamento con todo lo necesario ( alguna cosa por renovar) y la unica pega q podemos poner y creo q bastante importante....El aire acondicionado una pena q no tenga el propietario muy atento y educado lo recomiendo
