The accommodation

A stunning holiday cottage situated in a quiet and green location, just 25 minutes by car from the tourist town of Alghero.

The property is a 100 square meters four-room cottage.
It comprises a large kitchen furnished completely renewed (sept 2017) with a catering fridge, freezer, oven, washdisher;
A wide living room in Sardinian style with television, a 12 seat square dining table, a fireplace, sofa, armchairs;
-a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, night tables;
-a bedroom with double bed, single bed, balcony;
-a bathroom
Outside it is present a wooden-beam canopy and a rustic Sardinian home, ideal place for grilling meat
The cottage has a large garden ( 500 square meters) with lawn, trees and plants.
Car parking for a maximum number of 20 vehicles.
It is present also an orchard and sometimes a vegetable garden, whose products can be collected and used for your own consumption.
Bath towels and bed sheets are supplied.
All pets are admitted.

Activities and attractions

From the cottage it easy to reach the most important attractions of the territory of North Sardinia, as Alghero distant 30 min and its most attractive beaches(30-40 min) as Porto Ferro, Porticciolo, Pineta Mugoni, Lazzaretto and so on. It is also possible to visit the natural park of Porto Conte with its access to Neptune’s caves(35 min).

Other attractions are: the town of Sassari (15 min) with its museum, one of the most important in Sardinia, the cathedral, the castle, the medieval city; Porto Torres(25 min), an ancient roman city founded by Julius Caesar, with its bridge, its structures and the museum on antiquities.
