Enjoy our enormous terrace and the amazing views of the port of Torrevieja and the Mediterranean.
Located next to the beach, in the city centre, the flat is just a few minutes on foot to the town’s amenities.

This spacious apartment of over 100 square metres is literally on the beach. Open the windows and enjoy the sea breeze!

All the windows face the sea and the enormous terrace is a luxury during both the day and night with staggering views of Torrevieja and the Mediterranean. With space on the terrace to read, have a coffee, listen to music, enjoy dinner, you won’t want to leave!

There are 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 rooms with 2 single beds and one room with a double bed) with space for 6 people. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea which you can see from your bed!

The kitchen is completely new with all mod-cons. Fridge, Oven, vitro-ceramic stove, washing machine, kitchenware for 6, microwave, toaster, juicer etc.

The living room has a large sofa and television, as well as the phenomenal views that you can see from all parts of the flat.

The flat has a toilet and a bathroom with shower and bath.

Setting

5 star location! In a tranquil neighbourhood you can drift off enjoying the light breeze and the sound of the sea. The flat is just a few minutes on foot from the beaches, the port and the centre of Torrevieja with all necessary services: restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centres, street markets, local nightlife etc.

The apartment is on the main road of Torrevieja and as such access is excellent. If you bring your car you can use our covered parking space within the apartment block. The bus station is 10 minutes away and there is a bus stop next to the apartment building.

Activities and attractions

When you want to go for a dip in the sea, we recommend the peaceful beach “playa del Puerto” which is just in front of the apartment.

If you prefer a livelier beach both in terms of people and bigger waves, in less than 5 minutes you can reach the best beach in Torrevieja – “Los Naufragos”. If you prefer fresh water, on the ground floor of the apartment block you can make use of the large, shared swimming pool with sea views.
