Comfortable for five people with the possibility to accommodate up to seven. Magnificent panorama with views of Corsica and the islands of Maddalena.

Strategic location from which you can reach easily by car all the most beautiful beaches and the center of Santa Teresa only 3 km. The apartment is close to everything but far from the confusion of the center.

One hundred meters away there are tobacconists, newsagents, pizzeria restaurants. Parking in front of the entrance is in fact and for private use. (Unfortunately not officially right)

The large panoramic veranda terrace, is exposed to the East and therefore in the shade of the afternoon, provided with gas barbecue is cool and ventilated and is the environment where it is more pleasant to eat meals.
The surrounding area

Just 3km. The center of Santa Teresa. The choice of supermarkets, restaurants and shopping is very rich. In the evening the pedestrian center is very lively and animated. Frag the three and twenty kilometers the choice of beaches for any taste with white sands and crystal clear waters is virtually unlimited.
Activities and attractions

Every morning, from the port of Santa Teresa and the nearby Palau group tours go for the Maddalena archipelago. There is a very organized dive center.

And in nearby Porto Pollo wind and kitesurf activities. Evening Estasi disco, movida in the center and at the harbor, and musical events and festivals in the square.
