The accommodation

Welcome to Villa Leyla, your luxurious private holiday home close to Lloret de Mar!
This villa offers you all you need to enjoy a holiday with your friends and family: a private swimming pool (34m²), breathtaking sea views and privacy for several families or groups of friends.

Can you already picture yourself on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine or beer, while the children are playing in the pool? And how about reviving memories with your friends or creating new ones whilst enjoying a delicious grilled meal?

The villa consists of two complete housing units, which are only rented out as a full villa, with a living area of 220m² in total on an 800m² plot. Each one of those floors has a separate entrance, which is ideal if you arrive with several families.
The upper floor has got a nice living area with a fireplace, open kitchen and direct access to the very spacious balcony with marvellous sea views. On this floor there also is one cosy bedroom with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds (as well as a fitted wardrobe). Finally you´ll find two cheerfully coloured bathrooms with a shower and toilet that complete the upstairs floor. Both floors are connected by an exterior staircase.

The lower floor has been modernly furnished. Besides a lot of space there is a tall sliding door and an open kitchen with a dish washer. There are three bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom has got a double bed and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, as well as a wall of cupboards,
an en-suite bathroom including a bath tub and a separate shower and toilet. Simply marvellous!
There are two more bedrooms: one is equipped with a high sleeper bed and the other has got two single beds. There is a detached bathroom with a shower and toilet, too.
Villa Leyla is equipped with WiFi internet connection.

You will also appreciate the really stunning view onto the Mediterranean from the big swimming pool. Together with 10 persons you can take a seat at the large table close to the grill and enjoy a delicious meal. On the terrace there are sunbeds and an outdoor lighting illuminates the garden.

There are two parking spaces on the premises (compact cars) which are enclosed by an electrical fence. Alongside the road right in front of the house there is room for five more cars for sure. Villa Leyla is located on a hill. It is highly recommended to use a car (or taxi).

Setting

This luxurious holiday home is located in the mansion district of Serra Brava. In this neighbourhood you´ll find a restaurant with a big swimming pool and a terrace. You can buy your most basic supplies at the small supermarket. Serra Brava is ideally located between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar. Thanks to this you have easy access to the popular tourist attractions at the Costa Brava and return to your villa if you´d like to get some rest! The authentic village of Girona is a mere 30 km away and the fashionable metropolis of Barcelona is only one hour (80 km) away from your villa.
