this villa is ideally situated in a residential area in sitges offering 24h security and a private tennis club.
you will only hear the birds tweet as you enjoy a perfect sea view and picture of sitges coastal town.
a precious gem impossible to let go!

outside there is a garden and patio with outdoor seating, sunbeds, a barbecue and a private swimming pool. this is directly connected to the living room through glass fronted doors which allow to eat altoguether inside & outside without missing any bit of the conversation and host the best ever known pool parties.

the spacious living accommodation is truly a home from home, with 2 large sofas and a fireplace. a table sitting 14 people and fully equipped with a mini hifi system and lcd widescreen television with dvd.

the villa has 5 bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a private terrace and panoramic sea views.
there's another beautiful loft bedroom with sloping ceiling and red carpet that won't leave you indifferent, with 1 double bed and 3 single beds. we call it the red room. you'll have access to it through a set of pull-down attic stairs.
2 of the rooms with 2 single beds each, share a large balcony and have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage.
there are also 2 more bathrooms in the villa, one of them on the ground floor.

there's ac in the living room and in 2 bedrooms located on the sunny side of the villa. the other 3 bedrooms are always cool.
the kitchen is fully fitted with a wooden work surface, electric cooker, hood and hob, oven, washing mashine, diswasher, fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

included in our price we offer: free daily cleaning service and free transport to the village or beach with our private chauffeur in case you don´t feel like walking. our free transport service is only available in the summer (july & august) from 09:00h to 18:00h and according to availability.

the owner takes the right to change any furniture in the house if needed.
