The accommodation
Very nice and sunny top floor duplex (2nd floor) in the complex called Residential Teguisol. The apartment has 69 m2 built with 8 m2 terrace (with sea views) and another one of 30 m2. Downstairs: lounge/kitchen with a sofa/bed, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), bathroom en-suite with a bath and independent wc. Upstairs another bedroom with 140 cm double bed and a bathroom with shower and wc.
The apartment is fully equipped, Satellite TV, wifi.
Free communal parking.
Portable heater/fans are on request.
The max depth of the communal pool is 80 cm.
The use of the communal pool can be partly of fully restricted in 2020 due to the sanitary situation.

Setting
Club Teguisol is a group of apartments located in a Residential Teguisol complex in Costa Teguise in Calle Adelfas. This is a pleasant and quiet area and at the same time very good strategic point for visiting our beautiful island as we are located in the middle of all the tourist attractions.

Activities and attractions
The beach is only a few minutes walking distance as well as the town center with shops, barrestaurants and all sorts of services to accommodate a demanding tourism.
Costa Teguise is very well-planned and designed touristic resort and it has four main natural beaches: Playa de los Charcos, Playa de las Cucharas, Playa del Jablillo and Playa Bastián.
In Costa Teguise there is a variety of bars, restaurants, touristic shops, surf schools, bike and car rentals, Golf course, Aquapark etc.
Pueblo Marinero is the main square of Costa Teguise where you can find a lot of bars, live music and a market.
It’s the best place for family, romantic or sports tourism.

Excellent!
Had a great stay at victoria's apartment! the interior is very stylish with all the amenities you could need. The outdoor space with the 2 terraces was superb and a real suntrap. The check in process was very straightforward and victoria was very easy to communicate with. Overall i would highly recommend this place!
