The accommodation
This is a 200 m2 Private Vacation Home split in 3 floors and a beautiful garden. You´ll enjoy all the privacy you need due to its perfect corner location.
On the ground floor you may find a big living/dining room with a fireplace, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with views and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor has a 35 m2 suite equipped with air conditioning, a large double bed and a full bathroom en suite. There is also a terrace with magnificent sea views!
The lower ground floor is a wonderful 80 m2 loft fitting a 37 m2 en suite double bedroom, a spacious dressing room, a full size furnished living room which includes a bunk bed for 2 people, a TV and a working desk.
The 400 m2 garden has a large outdoor dining table for 15 guests, a inbuilt barbecue and a wide variety of fruit trees.
And let´s not forget the shared swimming pool which all our guests have access to.
Setting
The house is located in Mutxamel, a town surrounded by mountains and just a few minutes driving from the beach. The access to the highway is very close and Benidorm is around 30 minutes by car away. For the golf lovers, Bonalba Golf resort (18 holes) is just 500m away.
Activities and attractions
The amazing beaches of Campello and San Juan are just a few minutes driving from our house. Bonalba Golf Resort, with 18 holes, is 500m away. You may also enjoy a horse ride nearby. For a shopping day, Alicante is very well connected. And, of course, there are plenty of water/sea activities such as fishing, diving, sailing, rowing, kayaking...
There is also a bar/restaurant area not further than 500m and they speak English!
