The house is located in the middle of some 8 200m2 private land reflecting the peaceful farm-style neighbourhood of its surrounding. Some of that land still is like the many fields with native fruit trees, while the area surrounding the house is kept as garden sporting lots of flowers and shade.
The home itself is a traditional farm house typical to mallorca which has been lovingly restored to its former glory. It sits on aprox. 160m2 plus some 50m2 of attached buildings housing the garage, laundry, an old bakers oven, etc...
Ground floor : a central hall area is connecting the stairs to the first floor, an American open kitchen with also a traditional hearth, the dining room of some 18m2, the spacious aid airy living room of 30+m2 with its open fireplace and one bedroom of aprox 13m2 with two single beds and a large 8m2 full bathroom.
Firsr floor: 2 bedrooms of 25m2 (featuring two single beds) and 17m2 (with a double bed "king size" 180 x 200) are accessible from the gallery open to the living room below as well as an other full bathroom of 5,5m2. The gallery also is giving you access to the terrace of some 30m2 facing West while the terrace facing North which is partially covered for additional shade can be accessed via an external staircase from the pool area. Both terraces offer fantastic views of the main countryside valley and the majestic mountain range of the Tramuntana beyond.
Outside: swimming pool with terrace; another terrace close to the kitchen; a third terrace of some 4,5m2 sits shaded by a carob tree; a small decorative fish-pond.
Water comes from an own well and rain-water cistern.
Ample pool and garden furniture is being provided including a BBQ-set.
Baby/toddler facilities such as cradle, chair, minipool.
The house comes fully equipped, furnished and tastefully decorated.
Weekly change of linens included.
The owner will be personally welcoming you to show you around and get your acquainted with the property.
Pool will be also maintained by the owner for your assle free enjoying of your vacation. The owner will also be happy to assist you with anyfurther needs.
The location of this property in the center of Mallorca brings a large possiblity of excursions in short distance.
The extensive land surrounded by hedges offers privacy.
You have access to the property by an asphalted road in excellent condition (Ma3011).
Three traditional villages with their restaurants, markets and typical arquitecture stand in a range of 6 km.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Als "Ersttäter" in Sachen Anmietung einer Finca hatten wir ( vier Erwachsene und ein Kind ) hier einen absoluten Glückstreffer gelandet und beschlossen diese Form des Urlaubs beizubehalten. Der Besitzer, Monsieur Claude Le Falher, hatte uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und uns wertvolle Tips gegeben. Dafür möchten wir uns noch einmal ausdrücklich bedanken. Im Haus selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Einfach nur perfekt! Es liegt zentral und alle Hotspots und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in vertretbarer Fahrzeit problemlos erreichbar. Dank dieser Erfahrung machen wir uns nicht mehr die Mühe andere Häuser zu suchen und kehren nächstes Jahr, so es auch möglich sein sollte, gern wieder dahin zurück. Von uns allen gibt es die Note "Sehr gut" plus zig Sterne zusätzlich. Also 100 % ige Weiterempfehlung !!
