This apartment has a communal pool, a private garage, a large covered terrace and three bedrooms: the first one is a double room with a small terrace and air conditioning, the second room has an a big outside window and twin beds, and the third bedroom has an a exterior window and a bunk bed with extra bed (3), also there is available an a cot and one high chair for babies.
This apartment has a kitchen with the corresponding household items, (dishwasher, microwave, all kinds of small appliances, etc).
Has a bathroom and another shower room in garage.

Circulating from Valencia you can take the AP-7 or N-332 towards Alicante, urbanization has an entrance from the N332 to the output of Oliva.
