The accommodation

The apartment Mas El Carles II has a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It has heating both in the rooms as in the common areas and Wi-Fi. The living room has a fireplace and flat screen TV. It has capacity up to 6 people and has two full bathrooms, one double room and two double rooms. Outside, there is a private terrace with a picnic area.

Setting

Mas El Carles is a restored 16th century farmhouse with a capacity of 14 people located in the eastern part of the region of La Garrotxa, just 10 minutes driving from Besalú, the most highly preserved historical and artistic center in Catalonia. Its situation to the northeast end of the region that borders the Alt Empordà, facilitates access to the Costa Brava where in summer you can enjoy the best beaches. It is formed by two independent accommodations.

Activities and attractions

The house is easily accessible and is surrounded by a garden with a small walk of about an hour to walk around the estate and other nearby surroundings. It has common leisure areas such as a large fenced pool, a badminton net, swings and a games room located in the basement of the house with a ping-pong table. In the cabin we find a barbecue of wood and another one of coal.
