The accommodation

Can Teula is located in Llagostera, a beautiful town halfway to Girona and the best beaches of the Costa Brava.

Highlights its outdoor spaces, which have everything necessary for leisure and tranquility of the whole family. With a playground for the little ones.

Its capacity is of a maximum of 10 people, who will be able to enjoy the following stays full of charm and with a lot of functionality:

- A living room with fireplace and TV with windows to access the outdoor areas.
- A dining room, with a wooden table for 12 people and a second sofa area.
- A large kitchen with indoor barbecue. Office with capacity for 8 people.
- 5 bedrooms that are distributed in such a way that there is a suite with a double bed and a sofa bed, a second with a double bed, one with two single beds and the last two with a 120cm bed.
- 2 full bathrooms and a toilet, one of them en suite.

Already in the outer areas, we find:

- A landscaped area, with swimming pool and playground.
- A space with the barbecue for cooking outdoors.
- A space with terrace, table and its set of chairs.

The price includes VAT and cleaning. Standard cleaning includes the interior cleaning and the replacement of bed linen and towels once during the stay and the cleaning and external maintenance twice per stay. Can Teula is obligated to apply the tax on stays at tourist establishments for € 0.90 per person plus VAT per night (over the age of 16) and night (with a maximum of seven nights). This amount is not included, will be paid at the entrance and will be calculated taking into account the number of guests and the days of stay. In addition, the law also regulates that all the guests must identify themselves by means of a valid document.

You will find spaces ready to make your stay unforgettable. Everything is ready for up to 12 people with all the convenience and comfort.

The house is located close to the center of Llagostera, the gateway to the Costa Brava! It is a town located 20 km from Girona and 15 minutes from the best beaches of the Costa Brava.
The town offers visitors tranquility and beauty of a natural protected areas between the beds Gavarres and Puig Cadiretes. In addition to a walk-on foot, by bicycle, on horseback … – in our region, the visitor also be missed by the town and enjoy different tourism proposals.
There are many buildings of historical and architectural interest, notably the majestic steeple of the church of Sant Feliu, s. XVIII, the remains of three medieval towers of the old feudal castle and part of the wall.
