The accommodation

Rustic house with mountain views, very well connected in the village of montuiri, in the center of Mallorca. With terrace and porch with hammocks to enjoy the Mediterranean Summer. The house also owns a swimming pool.
The house have 4 bedrooms (1 individual bed, 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms.
Air conditioning in the dinning room and fans in the bedrooms. Kitchen fully (2 another one at exterior) -equipped and WIFI, and sort of options of amusement.
30km away from the airport aprox, 200m from the closest supermarket, 100m from the restaurant and the pharmacy and 25km from the beach.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.
