The accommodation

- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Perfect location this fabulous villa with stunning sea views in Cala Mesquida Cove has a private pool and 6 bedrooms .
On the main floor you'll enjoy a bright entrance hall, kitchen with dining area fitted kitchen and access to the furnished terrace for dining al fresco. A split level Living room with sofa and TV, from which you can also access the pool. Dining area for upto 12.
Also on the same floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bath, living room with spectacular beach of Cala Mesquida views and access to the porch. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, both with double bed, bathroom and access to the terrace. One with TV. Outside 2m x 25m2 pool surrounded by sun terrace with 8 beds and a shower room. Terrace with garden furniture. Portable barbecue.
This beautiful house is equipped with fireplace, equipped with internet access, 3 TV. Cala Mesquida beach is about 300 meters.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day.
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged in case of bringing pets
