The accommodation

- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Villa on the south coast of Mallorca in a quiet area of Cala Pi, surrounded by nature. The house has a garage, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one back, and one en suite), one toilette, kitchen with hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker.
Air conditioning is available in the ground floor. In the upper floor you will have ventilators
The spacious living room has satellite TV, Freeview. In the porch is a large table with eight chairs overlooking the garden with private pool. Ideal for families with children and couples oder than 30 years old

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day.
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged in case of bringing pets
