The accommodation

This villa, located in Saint-Raphaël, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 01 November and an enclosed garden.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a TV, a Hi-Fi and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the mountains and the swimming pool.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed and 1 including 2 single beds. Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub and one with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a washing machine, central heating and air conditionning.
Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed.
