The accommodation

This villa, located in Le Luc, is ideal for 9 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 July to 31 August and an enclosed garden.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a CD player, a radio and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 9 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool and the mountains.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a single bed and a bunk bed and 2 including a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a shower. A separate toilet is available
The villa features air conditionning, a dressing room, a washing machine, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.
Note that tourist tax is included in the rental fee. End cleaning has to be done by the guests or can be available with additional fees to be paid on site. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Parking is available onsite and is private. Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are allowed.
