The accommodation

This villa, located in Sète, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a shared pool from 01 June to 31 August, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi, a CD player and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 12 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the sea and the lake.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed, 1 including a sofa bed and 1 including 2 single beds. Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a bathtub. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a fan, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a desk, cleaning products and a jacuzzi.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. During the covid-19 pandemic, pool can be closed.
