The accommodation

This villa, located in Soulac-sur-Mer, is ideal for 8 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 01 October and an enclosed garden.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a radio and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed and 1 including 4 bunk beds. Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and one with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a washing machine, cleaning products, ironing equipment, a dryer and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are allowed.
