DELIGHTFUL VILLA with wonderful sea view, located in the residential area of Cala Gonone;
elegantly furnished, it consists of large living area with sofas and large windows overlooking the
sea and the surrounding greenery, kitchen, master bedroom, second bedroom with twin beds pushed
together, if necessary, third room with a bed and a pull-out extra, bathroom with shower and bath,
toilet with laundry. The property includes a veranda with table and chairs for eating al fresco and an
outdoor area with shower and barbecue.

Given its location in Cala Gonone, the house is ideal for a holiday of peace and peace, neighbors
still the marina and the main beach being located around 600 meters.
