The accommodation

Val Della Petra is a farmhouse built in 1600. The structure is composed by stone slabs typical of the area, extracted from their quarry (visible in the writing of the fireplace, dated 1681). It has always been inhabited by the same family that growing in number, around 1900 it expanded it using the same stones and same style. The house is located 840 meters above sea level in a Natural Park, a valley that welcomes a stream that passes right underneath and which has an extremely clean water. (belonging to "category A"). Around 1993 it was then bought by our family "Eusebi" that has undergone restructuring, has refurbished bathrooms and heating. It has an area of 500 square meters with the addition of three large stables and an old stone oven; and always in property there is another 130 square meter building still built of the same stone to be restored. The surrounding land of over one hectare is also part of it. Even St. Francis passed in these places.
