The accommodation

CASA LUCI is a splendid and comfortable house in Praiano for 4 people. From the house, you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi. Casa Luci is 45 square meters. It features a private swimming pool (above ground), a private garden, terrace with sea view, air conditioning, heating and Internet WI-FI.

Casa Luci it is located on a hillside. You will find the nearest restaurants and shops at about 2 km away. The nearest beach is the Spiaggia della Gavitella at about 2 km away. The stop for the Flavio Gioia bus is at a few meters away.

You will reach Casa Luci from the street by going up 200 stairs. For the luggage, there is the goods hoist on the bottom of the stairs that will bring your suitcases upstairs.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Luci. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads depending on the availability of the parking spaces.

THE ABOVE GROUND SWIMMING POOL is 3x1,2 meters. It is open from April 28 until the end of October. The swimming pool area it is equipped with an umbrella and sun chairs. From the swimming pool, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

THE GARDEN is equipped with table and chairs. Here, you will find the wood oven and the barbecue made in stone. From the garden, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. You will reach the garden from the terrace.

THE TERRACE is large and equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs. From the terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

THE LIVING ROOM it is equipped with a double sofa bed, a television, a table with chairs for four people, air conditioning, heating and Internet WI-FI. You will reach the living room from the kitchen or from the terrace.

THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electrical oven, the refrigerator with freezer, the toaster, the microwave, the kettle and the coffee machine. You will reach the kitchen from the living room.

THE BEDROOM has a queen size bed, a closet, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access the terrace. You will reach the bedroom from the kitchen or from the terrace.

THE BATHROOM it is equipped with a tub with shower, the WC, the bidet and the double sink. You will reach the bathroom from the kitchen.

Important things to know:
- Tourist tax 1,50 Euro per day per person not included, to be paid on site. The children under 10 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 50.00 euro to be paid at the arrival.
