The accommodation

The villa in Denia is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea and at 500 m from the supermarket, 800 m from the sand beach "Las Marinas", 4 km from Denia city, 5 km from the rock beach "Las Rotas" and at 100 m distant from the airport. The villa, of 120 m² and with views to the mountain and to the garden, is nicely furnished and has new furniture. The interior comprises 3 bedrooms and enough space for 6 people, it also includes an iron, a television, internet access and air conditioning in the whole house. The open plan kitchen, in ceramic hob, is equipped with: a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, a coffee machine and a toaster. The exterior includes a terrace, fenced plot with a garden and garden forniture, a private swimming pool and an open-air car parking in the same building.

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. Denia offers many possibilities like shopping, going to “La lonja” the typical fishers market place, visiting the castle, walking in the prestigious area of the Montgo Natural Park with fantastic views to the coast. Denia is a gastronomical city. You will find a typical Mediterranean cuisine made with healthy and fresh ingredients from this area like tapas and countless ways to prepare rices like the famous “paella”.
