Cozy apartment located only 200 meters from the wonderful Playa de Gandía, where up to 6 guests can enjoy a holiday by the sea.
How would you feel having a delicious breakfast on the terrace before going to enjoy a long day on the sand and the crystal clear waters? The warm weather but at the same time the soft fresh breeze will be your best allies to get energised. Then, walk just about 200 steps walk and enjoy the beach!

Located on a second floor with elevator, this apartment has a large living room, with large windows for a perfect luminosity, ideal to relax on the sofas watching TV after eating together.The kitchen, which has a fresh air, offers a small ceramic hob and access to the laundry, where you will find the washing machine, an ironing board and the iron.There is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet for the entire house. For a comfortable rest, there are three bedrooms with a wardrobe and a fan each, two of them with a double bed and another with two single beds. If you travel with the children of the family, we will gladly prepare a baby cot and a high chair.

The area of Playa de Gandía becomes a wonderful destination and a paradise thanks to its good location, its good weather and its extension of more than 3 km of coast of fine white sand and clean waters. We also recommend you visit the Playa de L'Ahuir or the Playa del Nord. If you are a lover of natural spaces, do not miss the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that feeds the Gandía marsh. Its fresh waters come from the nearby mountains and arise from the subsoil, fabulous! In terms of services, here you have everything you need: a great gastronomic offer, shops, and let's not forget Sunday afternoons to visit the traditional flea market.
