The accommodation

It can be canceled due to confinement by COVID-19 with return of the deposit Cozy house just refurbished in typical Baix Emporda style. It's a very flexible house in terms of occupation. It has a normal capacity of 8 people in 3 double rooms that can be increased with 3 extra-beds (folded beds or cradle). There are also sofa-beds in independent rooms.

It has 2 living rooms with TV set in each of them, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 1 independent kitchens with oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffe machine, washing machine, dryer. It has a big garden and a terrace with furniture and a barbecue that will let you enjoy staying outside.

Setting

This architectural complex has a large garden with a swimming pool, comfortable furniture and a barbecue, to be able to relax and enjoy the outdoors and, in addition, a second outdoor garden but protected by three of the walls of the houses and a large balcony. Panoramic facing the sea.
Access to the house is paved and you are 21 minutes from Figueres, 30 from Roses, 31 from Girona and 31 from Banyoles. And, even closer, 10 minutes from L'Escala and 13 from Sant Pere Pescador. At 500 m., There is a magnificent municipal swimming pool with restaurant.

Un lugar fantástico para descansar

He pasado un par de semanas en agosto con mi familia en El Paller de Valdevià y es un lugar maravilloso para descansar. La zona es muy tranquila pero bien comunicada y cerca de todo. La casa está muy bien pensada y equipada con un jardín y una terraza estupendos. Una opción muy recomendable.
