Fantastic and renewed apartment for 6 people in Xàbia, particularly 120 metres away from the cove of La Granadella, being part of the fishers' houses in an extraordinary natural environment.Being both a coastal and mountainous area, and surrounded by a protected and spectacular natural setting, this flat is the perfect place to disconnect from everything and recharge your batteries in total serenity. Enjoying the beautiful views on the terrace with an early morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening will be a perfect plan. Lovers of warm weather, sun and beaches between rocks and lush greenery, can walk for a few minutes to the paradisiacal cove of Granadella and spend the day in its crystal clear waters.

The flat, situated on the first floor, has a modern and warm atmosphere in all its rooms. On entering, we find a wonderful dining room for 6 people that connects with a large living room, -with TV and air conditioning-, and with the ceramic hob kitchen and the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in total, two of them with double bed and wardrobe, and one with a trundle bed. The bathroom in the house has a shower. On request, we will be happy to provide you with a cot, high chair, fan and kettle. Washing machine, ironing board and iron are located on the terrace.

In the cove of La Granadella you will not only be able to marvel absolutely, but also to go canoeing or scuba diving if you like adventure. From the cove itself starts the hiking route that leads to the Castell de La Granadella, an ideal place to enjoy this paradise. In fact, it is so well preserved because of the daily struggle to keep this area protected, which is why, in July and August, motor vehicle access is restricted. Xàbia is about 8 km away if you wish to have more services such as shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a bit more hustle and bustle.
