The accommodation

Wonderful house for 4 - 6 people in Oliva Nova, with a great terrace and a simple garden. You will enjoy a fantastic shared chlorine pool and the nearby beach, only 2 km away.After a fantastic day full of activities, there is nothing better than finishing it with a relaxing dip in the shared pool of the complex. The pool sizes 1.6 x 13.1 metres and its depth ranges from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. Children find their playground space on the grass or swimming in the children pool that sizes 4.4 x 5.2 metres with 0.5 metres depth. The cosy private garden, with its beautiful terrace, invites to enjoy a delicious breakfast or a dinner al fresco, while the top terrace is the perfect place to lie down on the two sun loungers or sit and read a book or enjoy a coffee while basking in the sun.

The two storey house offers a modern and, at the same time, home-loving atmosphere. You will feel at home while watching TV on the great sofa at the living room enjoying the air-conditioning. The dining area, in this very same space, offers a glass table and comfortable chairs for 6 people. The kitchen, behind the helpful bar and arch, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and all kitchenware to cook your best recipes. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron an an ironing board. A bedroom with two twin beds and a tub bathroom complete this floor. Then, there is another bedroom upstairs with a double bed, direct access to the balcony and an en-suite shower bathroom. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are available on request. The two extra guest will rest on the sofa bed at the living room. 5 electric radiators complete the equipment.

The municipality of Oliva counts with a great extension that includes wonderful towns like Oliva Nova, Piles, Alqueria de la Comtessa or Vilallonga, among others, all of them within the area of La Safor. Here you will find all services for a nice stay in the main land. Regarding the beaches, Oliva Nova is the nearest one, about 2 km away, which is a true paradise of golden sand and blue waters. There are other nearby spots which are worth a visit like the historical town centre or the natural spring of the Font Salada for those who want to enjoy a swim in a quiet place.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
