The accommodation
Bright, nice modern and very well equipped apartment of 90sqm, situated at the 7th floor of a 13 stores building in the centre of El Campello, at 450 m from the beach. It offers 3 bedrooms for a max of 5 persons: one with a double bed (150/190), another with 2 single beds (90/200) and the last one with only one single bed (90/200); 2 bathrooms: one full with bathtub, toilet, sink and bidet, the other one with shower and toilet.
The separated kitchen is big and very well equipped (microwaves, coffee machine, kettle, electric oven and gas cook, dishwasher, washing machine, gas boiler, etc...) The lounge is wide open to the terrace, you can either choose to eat in the dining room or on the terrace, both with sea view ! AA in the living room and main bedroom, large TV, WIFI fibre 50 symetric, urbanization with swimming pool, sport field, kids playground, parking place and the must.... everything at foot distance ! sea front, shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc... holiday without car... what else ?

The best place in El Campello
We stayed in this apartment 2 times: March-June 2019, September-December 2019. Excellent location, 2 minutes from the sea and 3 minutes from tram, and Consum in a few minutes by foot, many cafes and restaurants. Very warm and cozy apartment with wooden floor, new windows, a lot of space , all new kitchen devices, very clean. Super urbanization with swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball and football courts, a lot of trees, bushes and flowers in the urbanization . Very quit location
