The accommodation

We suggest this spacious holiday apartment for a sunny and fun holiday. It is located 500 meters walking from Borgo Peri's' beaches and directly on the city center. It is strategically located 500 metres far from the beaches and close to all amenities such as shops, a supermarket, luxury boutiques , restaurants, banks, discos and pubs.

The accommodation is situated on the first floor. This holiday rental consists of 3 bedrooms, living room with television, kitchen with terrace equipped by chairs, table and deckchairs and bathrooms with shower and washing machine.
This apartment is equipped with 2 double beds, 2 single beds, italian channels television, washing machine, 4 fireplace kitchen, oven, fridge with freezer, heating, iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. The apartment is suitable for no smokers only and it has a free internet connectiond.
Public parking 100 meters far. This apartment is certainly a great choice if you plan an active and informal holiday and if you appreciate the convenience and the pleasure of accommodation located just a few steps from the beaches.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

From 06/07/2019 to 24/08/2019 reservation can be made from Saturday to Saturday only (min. 7 days). Other reservations period stay minimum 3 nights requested.

To 25/11/2018 and from 24/03/2019 heating costs are NOT included in the price (surcharge of € 10.00 per day if used).

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

You should bring your own bed linen and towels, as they cannot be rented on site.
