The accommodation

Villa Guyard is a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms, large plot with private pool and wifi.

The house is divided into two floors and is equipped for up to 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a covered back porch, very bright living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a complete bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The upper floor has an independent entrance from the outside and it has a bedroom with a double bed, a small sink and a toilet.

The house has some basic elements such as salt, sugar, vinegar, hand soap and cleaning products.

Possibility by previous request of highchair, travel cot and baby carriage.

Outside you will find the private pool, barbecue and a toilet where the washing machine is also located.

Setting

This villa is located in the urbanization Les Tres Cales, belonging to the town of l'Ametlla de Mar.
L'Ametlla de Mar is a beautiful fishing village, located on the Costa Dorada, characterized by its beautiful coves and its gastronomic culture.
Most of the villas are located in the residential areas of Les Tres Cales, Calafat and Sant Jordi d'Alfama, ideal places for family holidays.
This area is very attractive because it has 16 km of coastline where we can find from virgin coves and beaches with blue flag, to nudist coves or dogs.
The situation is ideal, since it is connected by both the N-340 and the AP-7.
Just 30 minutes to the south we will find the natural reserve of the Ebro Delta and to the north we will find Salou, Cambrils and the Port Aventura theme park.
