OFF THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
7) THE BBQ AREA (WHERE APPLICABLE) MUST BE CLEANED AND LEFT TIDY – FAILURE
TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF €25.00 BEING DEDUCTED FROM
THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT.
8) BREAKAGE DEPOSITS MUST BE PAYABLE IN CASH – WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR
CREDIT CARD. IF CLIENTS UNDER 25 YEARS OLD BREAKAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE €100
PER PERSON, REGARDLESS OF SIZE OR COST OF THE PROPERTY.
9) IN THE EVENT OF ANY COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS OR OWNERS DUE TO
EXTREME NOISE, WE INFORM YOU OF THE FOLLOWING:
