Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and Castello di Quart. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Comfortable small apartment house "Le Chateaux", 4 storeys. In the hamlet Villaggio Valmayeur, in the resort Quart, 5 km from the centre of Aosta, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 8 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 4.7 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, café 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5 km, gondola lift 8 km. Nearby attractions: Castello di Quart 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Aosta-Pila gondola lift 8 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Suitable for families.
