The accommodation

This is a semi-detached house located in the pine forest of S. Pietro a Mare in the municipality of Valledoria. Just 200 meters from a long beach of fine sand with crystal clear sea and 1.5 km from the center of the village of Valledoria. Inside the pine forest you can find tranquility and a pleasant temperature even in the hottest weeks. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchen area and sofa bed, two bedrooms with two double beds (one on the ground floor and the other in the mezzanine area), two bathrooms, one with shower, porch where possible to dine and 60m2 garden for relaxing moments. Independent entrance and uncovered private car park.
Included Services available to guests: Air conditioning (with heat pump), television, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine (pods not included), washing machine, iron with board, kettle, barbecue, clothesline, set of bath sponges, cleaning and hospitality. Wifi on request at the price of 2 Euro / day.
For families with babies we provide a cot complete with mattress and high chair.

Setting

Near the house, inside the pine forest there is a kiosk / bar and a pizza restaurant, the church. The beach is 200 meters away, but there is also an area equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and a bar.
Nearby you can practice water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing.
In the village of Valledoria it is quiet and you can find shops, pizzerias and supermarkets.
