This house, located in Cotignac, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a shared pool from 16 May to 31 October, a furnished terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi, a DVD player, a radio, a Hi-Fi and a CD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool and the garden.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed and 1 including 2 single beds. Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The house features a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a dryer and air conditionning.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available onsite and is private. Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed.
