The accommodation
Spacious villa with pool situated in Urbanization Sierra de Altea within the Don Cayo Golf Club. Completely renews kitchen March 2010.
Access to the villa is by asphalt road. Plot fenced garden of 1,600 m2 approx. With garage for one car. Views to the golf course.
It consists of three separate plants supplied by outside stairs, each with its own terrace. Air conditioning in five bedrooms.
Setting
Villa located within the golf urbanization Don Cayo, near the village of Altea la Bella. The most recommended access is via the highway Mediterranean at its output to Altea. The distance between the motorway exit and urbanization is less than one kilometer.
The closest urban centers, apart from the small town of Altea la Bella, are Altea and Calpe. Both peoples have an important tourist activity day and night. Calpe for its long sandy beaches and Altea for its typical historic center and the nightlife of restaurants and terraced houses.
Ten kilometers by highway is the town of Benidorm

ESPECTACULAR
Para nosotros, esta casa no tiene otro calificativo, es espectacular. Hemos estado 11 personas este agosto y nos hemos sentido como en casa, por todas las comodidades del chalet así como por la atención de lola, rosa y joan. La casa es grande, amplia, muy cuidada y cómoda y estaba muy limpia, como nueva. Además está en un entorno muy tranquilo. Hemos disfrutado mucho de ella así como de la piscina. Y la atención de la dueña como de las personas que cuidan la casa ha sido perfecta, nos han cuidado mucho. Gracias por todo a ellos y ojalá podamos repetir. Muy recomendable!
