The accommodation

This apartment, located in Guérande, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers a bedroom, a shared pool from 15 June to 15 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi, an iPod docking station and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, in the garden or on the balcony enjoying views of the swimming pool and the sea.
The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a toilet.
The apartment features a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine and central heating.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 20 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.9 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available onsite and is private. Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
